Nick Hudson serves as Managing Partner of CNY Process Solutions LLC, where he leads the company's day-to-day operations, client service systems, technology strategy, and continued growth. A lifelong resident of Oneida, New York, Nick brings an uncommon mix of legal-services experience, operational discipline, technical skill, and practical problem-solving to the process service industry.
Nick began his career in the legal services space in 2011, providing process service and independent paralegal support. Earlier in his career, he worked in the web hosting industry with a focus on Linux server management and PHP development, a background that continues to shape his systems-first approach to operations, documentation, and client communication. Since 2016, he has also been active in rental property management, giving him a practical understanding of property ownership, landlord-tenant issues, and the real-world importance of timely, accurate, and well-documented service.
At CNY Process Solutions LLC, Nick works to ensure that every matter is handled with professionalism, accountability, and clear communication. He focuses on building reliable workflows, improving client-facing technology, supporting process servers in the field, and maintaining the documentation standards needed for effective service of process. His approach combines modern systems with a strong respect for the legal and procedural requirements that govern process service.
Nick is a non-attorney member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, National Association of Professional Process Servers, New York State Professional Process Servers Association, and Florida Association of Professional Process Servers.
He is also a member of the Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348, where he serves as Esteemed Leading Knight (Vice President) and Secretary of the Board of Directors. He proudly serves as District Chairman for the Elks National Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to supporting local communities, youth life skills, scholarships, and the needs of today's veterans.
Outside the office, Nick is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan who rarely misses a home game. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and he is always planning the next trip, whether it is for an away Bills game or a warm destination like Aruba, Daytona Beach, or Las Vegas.
Tonya "T" Bailey serves as a Partner of CNY Process Solutions LLC, where she supports daily operations, client service, workflow coordination, and the company's commitment to providing reliable, professional, and well-documented process service. With more than 30 years of client-centered experience, T brings calm leadership, strong organization, and a service-focused mindset to the company's work.
A graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University, T's professional background includes nursing, education, human resources, real estate, and insurance. That broad experience gives her a practical understanding of client needs, clear communication, deadline management, and the importance of careful follow-through. At CNY Process Solutions LLC, she helps support internal systems, coordinate operational details, and ensure that clients receive a smooth and responsive experience from intake through completion.
T approaches every matter with authenticity, compassion, and professionalism. Clients appreciate her personable and straightforward style, while the team values her ability to bring structure, consistency, and accountability to the workday. Outside the office, T enjoys spending time with her dog, King Karma, and planning her next trip. She loves warm and sunny destinations, with Florida and Jamaica among her favorites.
Anthony Galli serves as a Partner of CNY Process Solutions LLC and also serves in the capacity of General Counsel and Compliance Officer. In this role, he supports the company's commitment to professional, compliant, and well-documented process service by helping guide internal policies, risk management practices, ethical standards, and legal compliance.
Born and raised in Central New York, Anthony has lived and worked in South Florida and New York City, experience that shapes his practical, business-minded approach to legal services, operations, and dispute resolution. After graduating from Chittenango High School, he earned a B.A. from Florida International University and a J.D., with honors, from Hofstra University School of Law. Anthony is admitted to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of New York and Southern District of New York.
Anthony's legal background includes complex litigation, mediation, arbitration, and trial work in both State and Federal Court. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes, construction project claims, securities litigation, and other commercial matters. That experience gives him a strong understanding of the importance of proper service, accurate documentation, clear procedures, and reliable compliance systems.
At CNY Process Solutions LLC, Anthony helps ensure that the company's operations are built around professionalism, accountability, and respect for the procedural rules that govern service of process. His role includes supporting compliance policies, reviewing risk-sensitive practices, and helping maintain standards designed to protect clients, process servers, and the integrity of the service process.
Anthony is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the National Association of Professional Process Servers. He is also a member of the Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348, where he volunteers as Lodge Attorney.
Outside the office, Anthony is a proud father of two daughters and twin sons. In his very limited free time, he enjoys a good cigar and the warm weather of Florida.
Erin Lazio is part of the CNY Process Solutions LLC team, where she brings a strong background in process service operations, field work, client communication, and administrative support. A native of Oneida, New York, Erin graduated from Oneida High School and brings practical Central New York knowledge to her work.
Erin's professional background includes experience in the medical field as both a licensed EMT and CNA. That work helped her develop calm judgment, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Those qualities continue to serve her well in the process service industry, where accuracy, discretion, and clear documentation are essential.
Erin has worked in office and administrative positions in the process service industry since 2019 and has also worked in the field as a process server since 2021. Her combined office and field experience gives her a practical understanding of how each matter moves from intake through completion, including the importance of clear instructions, timely updates, accurate records, and reliable follow-through.
At CNY Process Solutions LLC, Erin supports the company's commitment to professional, well-documented, and client-focused service. Her experience on both sides of the process service workflow makes her a valuable resource for clients, team members, and process servers in the field.
Erin now lives in Onondaga Hill with her partner, Josh, and her children, Lucia and Francesco. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, quilting, gardening, mudding, and trail riding, but never long walks on the beach.
Elizabeth Green is a Process Server with CNY Process Solutions LLC, where she provides professional, reliable, and well-documented service of process throughout the company's service area. A native of Baldwinsville, New York, Elizabeth graduated from Charles W. Baker High School and brings a strong local knowledge of Central New York to her work in the field.
Elizabeth has worked in client-facing roles since 2006, including many years as a bartender at various Syracuse hotspots. That experience helped her develop strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with people in a wide range of situations. Those same qualities are valuable in process service, where professionalism, attention to detail, and good judgment are essential.
Elizabeth has been a process server since 2018 and has served thousands of papers over the course of her career. She joined CNY Process Solutions LLC as a full-time process server in June 2025. In her role, she helps ensure that service attempts are handled carefully, accurately documented, and completed with the professionalism clients expect.
