Nick Hudson is the Founding Partner of CNY Process Solutions and serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. A lifelong resident of Oneida, New York, Nick has worked in the process service industry since 2011 and brings more than a decade of experience in service-of-process operations, client support, and field execution. Since 2016, he has also managed rental properties, giving him a practical, hands-on understanding of the time-sensitive challenges landlords and property professionals face.
Before entering the legal support space, Nick built a strong technical foundation in the web hosting industry, specializing in Linux support and PHP development. That blend of operational experience and technical insight helps him lead with a solutions-first mindset—focused on reliability, communication, and systems that scale.
Nick is an active member of the Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348, where he serves as an officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors. He also serves as a District Chairperson for the Elks National Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization supporting youth and veterans. Outside the office, Nick is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan who rarely misses a home game, and he enjoys traveling for away games as well as to warm and sunny destinations - especially Daytona Beach and Las Vegas. He also values time spent with family and friends.
Nick is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, National Association of Professional Process Servers, New York State Professional Process Servers Association, and Florida Association of Professional Process Servers.
Tonya "T" Bailey is a Managing Partner of CNY Process Solutions and serves in a Chief Operating Officer capacity, helping oversee daily operations with a steady focus on people, process, and client experience. A graduate of Utica College, T brings more than 30 years of client-centered experience spanning nursing, education, human resources, real estate, and the insurance industry.
Known for approaching every matter with authenticity and compassion, T is often the calm, solutions-oriented presence behind the scenes, ensuring clients feel supported, communications stay clear, and internal systems run smoothly. Her wide-ranging professional background helps her anticipate needs, navigate sensitive situations, and keep operations organized and responsive.
Outside of work, T enjoys spending time with her dog, King Karma, and traveling to warm and sunny destinations, especially Florida and Jamaica.
Anthony C. Galli, Esq. serves as Compliance Officer and General Counsel for CNY Process Solutions, providing legal oversight and guidance to support the company's commitment to professionalism, regulatory compliance, and best practices. He is also the founding attorney of Galli Law, PLLC.
Born and raised in Chittenango, New York, Anthony has lived and worked in South Florida and New York City - experience that informs his practical, business-minded approach to complex disputes and risk management. He earned his B.A. from Florida International University and his J.D., with honors, from Hofstra University School of Law. Anthony is admitted to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of New York and Southern District of New York.
Anthony has substantial experience litigating complex matters through mediation, arbitration, and trial in both State and Federal Court. His practice includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes business disputes, construction project claims, securities litigation, and other commercial matters, with an emphasis on efficient strategy and results-driven advocacy. In his role with CNY Process Solutions, he applies that same diligence to compliance, internal policy, and operational legal support.
Anthony is a proud father of two daughters and twin sons. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and National Association of Professional Process Servers. In his very limited free time, he enjoys a good cigar and the warm weather of Florida.
Elizabeth leads field service execution and helps maintain standards for documentation, professionalism, and successful completion of attempts.
