If your case is electronically filed through NYSCEF, we will file our Affirmation of Service on your behalf at no additional cost. To do so, you must provide a "Statement of Authorization for Electronic Filing" authorizing CNY Process Solutions LLC and its employees to file on your behalf.

This form is for individual attorneys to authorize on behalf of themselves. -

This form is for the managing attorney of a firm to authorize on behalf of all attorneys in the firm.
Please note: We cannot file Affirmations of Service on NYSCEF for non-attorneys.
For City Courts and Family Courts across New York State, we can also file affirmations of service at no cost using the New York Courts Electronic Document Delivery System (EDDS).
