CNY Process Solutions LLC is excited to announce the release of our new custom-developed ServeManager integration, built in-house by our development team to make forwarding service of process work to us even easier.
Process servers and forwarding agencies using ServeManager can now send a collaboration invite to service@cnyprocess.com. Once connected, jobs can be sent to us through ServeManager, and updates from our office can sync back directly into the sender’s ServeManager workflow.

This new ServeManager integration adds another convenient option for our forwarding partners. CNY Process Solutions is now fully integrated with both LoyalDog and ServeManager, while also continuing to support PST data linking where available.
ServeManager Users:
Send a collaboration invite to service@cnyprocess.com, and we will set up the sync.
LoyalDog Users:
Send jobs through the LoyalDog Trading Hub using code CNY.
PST Users:
Data linking may be available, but setup must begin through PST. If you use PST and would like to connect with CNY Process Solutions, please contact PST first and ask them to assist with establishing the connection.
CNY Process Solutions covers Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties for fellow process servers at a flat rate of $65.00 per service.
