If we are denied access or instructed not to serve the individual at their job site, we may be unable to complete service at that location. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and discuss alternative options. No refunds are provided for unsuccessful service attempts.

To increase the chances of success, we recommend providing:

• Details such as department, shift schedule, or job title

• Any known employer policies regarding visitors or legal deliveries
